Prayer

“Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” — Philippians 4:6

Ways to Request Prayer

We all stand in need of prayer from time to time. And the Bible encourages us to pray with and for one another. So, if you are wanting prayer for a specific need or want someone to rejoice with you. Here are some ways First Presbyterian Church would like to lift you up through prayer:

1. Visit with our pastors

Pastor Jeff and Pastor April would love to pray with you. If you have an item that you would like prayer for, please stop by the church office for a visit. One or both of the pastors are typically in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 a.m.

2. Add Your Request to the Weekly Prayer List

Each week we include a list of individuals to pray for and any specific requests for prayer in the Sunday bulletin. If you would like your name or your request added to the prayer list, please call the church office at (308) 632-2131.

3. Fill Out a Prayer Request Card

There are prayer request cards available in our pews every Sunday. If you have something you would like prayer for, feel free to fill out one of those cards and place it in the offering plates.

You may also use our contact form to submit any prayer concerns you might have. Let us pray for one another!
